DMS attracts and employs the best people in the business

Bruce D'Angelo, CEO

As CEO, Bruce oversees the acquisition, development and integration of the DMS Group. A seasoned executive with 25+ years in the print and direct mail industry, Bruce spent 21 years with Wallace Computer Services, a $1.7 billion company specializing in commercial print, business forms, and labels. He was also President of 4 divisions of Moore, a $2.5 billion print production company, including the Direct Mail, Catalog, and Business Communications divisions.


Greg Waite, President, Production Services

Greg brings extensive management experience in fulfillment and production to DMS, where he oversees acquisitions, and heads up the Production Services team. Before joining DMS, Greg was president of The Rylander Company, a mid-sized direct marketing services provider in Chicago, where he was responsible for their financial turnaround while helping the company grow significantly in the face of increasing competition. In addition to his role as president, Greg is actively involved in corporate strategic planning and fulfillment implementation. Greg's background also includes 10 years in commercial banking, primarily as a commercial lender where he underwrote loans for middle marketing and Fortune 1000 companies.


Cyndi Greenglass, President, Agency Services

With a strong track record in marketing, strategic planning and database development, Cyndi now brings her experience and insight to Diamond Marketing Solutions to help our agency clients market smarter by leveraging data and information. Prior to joining Diamond Marketing Solutions, Cyndi launched World Marketing Integrated Solutions, an integrated database and strategic marketing consulting firm, and also held key positions at Dun & Bradstreet Information Services. Cyndi's background includes 10 years in international business consulting with the U.S. Embassy and the U.S. Foreign Commercial Services. Cyndi is Chair of the B-to-B Council of the Direct Marketing Association, is a frequent presenter at major DM industry conferences, and was recently named into the Top 100 BTB Marketers by Crain's B2B Magazine.


Mark Peterson, President and Officer - St. Charles

Mark has been in the print and related services industry since 1980. Prior to the purchase of NDS by the management team, Mark served as President of National Data Sales, Inc., the sales and marketing company that partnered with NDS to drive new business into the manufacturing company. Other experiences include President of Moore Corporations Business Communications Services division from November 2000 thru March 2002. Prior to joining Moore, Mark was with Wallace Computer Services, a print and print management manufacturer. He has held several management positions over his 20-year career including Vice President, sales and operations; commercial print; Vice President, commercial print division and general manager, forms and label sales. Mark is a graduate of Arizona State University and holds a B.S. in Business Administration.


Bob Jettè, President of Fulfillment Services

Bob has assisted Jett Services since its inception. Bob started CompuJett, a computer consulting group, in 1993, which guided Jett Services' use of technology in order to meet the changing needs of its clients. Since joining Jett over six years ago, Bob has worked closely with major customers to design, program, and implement literature, premium and drug sampling fulfillment programs, direct mail campaigns, convention and convention lead applications, and other customized database programs. Bob has helped increase sales over ten fold within the past 4 years. Bob received his undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin and received his MBA from the University of Chicago.


John Roberts, President Iowa Facility

John has over 30 years in direct mail production operations. John owned American Mailers in Omaha, Nebraska which became the first Diamond Marketing Solutions acquisition in 2001. John has remained an integral and innovative member of the management team, and recently relocated to a larger facility in Council Bluffs, Iowa. His focus is on customer satisfaction and helping to support their overall marketing efforts.


Don Harle, Vice President Postal Affairs

A long-respected member of many direct mail organizations, Don Harle owned and operated Mid-America Mailing for more than 30 years. Don merged his company into the Diamond Marketing group in 2004. Don's expertise in the direct mail field and relationship with the United States Post Office is unequaled. He speaks at postal forums and conducts seminars on various postal issues throughout the year.


John Brahm, Corporate Vice President of Sales

John brings 20+ years experience in direct marketing sales to Diamond Marketing Solutions. Today, his core responsibility is to develop and manage the Account Services group. John comes to Diamond Marketing Solutions through the acquisition of the Williams Kincaid Group, a full service Direct Marketing Advertising Agency that he co-founded in 1994. John had grown the agency's sales significantly over 10 years in operation. The agency had clientele in a variety of vertical industries; the majority of clients were from financial, education, hospitality, publishing and gaming industries. John has assisted clients with strategic planning, concept development through cost and time effective execution. Prior to Williams Kincaid Group, John opened and developed the Chicago Sales office for the Japs-Olson Company, and also managed the direct sales force for Color Direct, Inc.


Michael Nevolo, Vice President of Sales - St. Charles

As Vice President of Sales for our St. Charles facility, Mike is responsible for managing the account and sales teams. He brings more than 25 years of critical mail industry sales and sales management experience to the Diamond Marketing Solutions team. Mike began his career with Moore (Donnelly) where he worked his way up through the ranks to become Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Moore’s Business Communication Services division. Mike held a similar role at Bowne (formerly Vestcom) for 4 years before joining Diamond Marketing Solutions (formerly National Data Services).
